Job Description","

As a strategic leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture and driving business success. We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes for our organization.

","Key Responsibilities:","
  • Lead and develop a small, high-impact team of 3 - coaching, mentoring, and building capability for today and tomorrow","
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of drivers and depot staff","
  • Advise management on employee relations and performance management","
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Work, WHS, transport industry obligations and HR best practices","
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture","
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives","
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports for senior leadership","
  • Lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations and ensure Fair Work compliance
","About You","

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, effective communicator, and proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

You should possess strong knowledge of Australian employment law, modern awards, and compliance, as well as demonstrated experience with balancing strategic influence and hands-on delivery.

A high level of discretion, integrity, and resilience is essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships at all levels.

Strong employee relations expertise, including leading complex matters and investigations, is also required.
