As a strategic leader, you will oversee the execution of quality initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The Quality Manager role entails responsible for executing customer-facing quality activities, addressing customer quality issues through robust problem-solving initiatives, and ensuring continuous improvement in processes and operations. This includes defining and implementing strategic actions to improve quality across the entire value chain, managing global quality processes, and driving certification activities and internal audits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and deploying Lean principles, Six Sigma tools, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance quality performance and efficiency.
  • Facilitating Kaizen events, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and other problem-solving activities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Tracking progress and impact of improvement initiatives and providing expertise on 8D, Ishikawa, 5W, A3, TQM, PDCA, ISO certification, and auditing.

Requirements:

  • Hold an Engineering degree.
  • Possess Lean 6Sigma, Green Belt or above (QLT.02.QCI).
  • Have experience with quality core tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5W, A3, TQM, PDCA.
  • Possess advanced English proficiency.
