We are seeking an experienced Registered Midwife to join our Maternity team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based care to patients in the maternity ward.
- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Supervise and direct nursing staff to deliver family-centered care.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Current Registration with AHPRA as a Midwife.
- Working with Children check.
- Commitment to quality patient care and safety.
- Compliance with national standards and guidelines.
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
About the Role
This is a full-time position working 36.88 to $49.37 per hour + Shift Allowances. The successful candidate will be required to work across various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
