Key Responsibilities
  • Providing job placement services within the WorkSafe scheme.
  • Assisting clients in their journey back to work, building a better future.
  • Actively marketing clients' skills to meet employers' needs.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • A solid understanding of the labour market and vocational options.
  • The ability to engage and motivate injured clients.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
  • A sound knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management.
  • Flexibility to travel in Ballarat and metro region.
About You

You're a Rehabilitation Counsellor, Psychologist or Osteopath with current registration, or have significant experience in Occupational Rehabilitation and Job Placement Services. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
