Workplace Rehabilitation Expert

We offer workplace rehabilitation services that make a real difference in people's lives by providing the necessary support to return to work.
This role involves working with clients to identify and overcome Return to Work (RTW) barriers, designing programs to assist injured employees in their recovery and successful return to the workforce.
Our team supports individuals through assessments of worksites, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home environments to ensure a safe and healthy workspace.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Conducting thorough assessments to identify RTW barriers
- Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve desired outcomes
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring programs tailored to each individual's needs to facilitate a successful return to work
To excel in this position, you will require:
- Qualifications from a recognized Australian institution and full accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractics, or Physiotherapy
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and punctuality skills
