Rehabilitation Consultant

This role involves working with individuals and organizations to promote wellbeing, recovery, and successful return to work. Key responsibilities include providing expert advice and guidance to clients, employers, and insurers.

Key qualifications for this position include a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiotherapy, as well as registration with AHPRA, AASW, ESSA, ASORC.

The ideal candidate will be able to conduct thorough assessments, provide recommendations for workplace modifications and accommodations, and develop effective Return to Work (RTW) plans that promote recovery and reintegration.
