Personal Care Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Care Attendant to provide exceptional care to our residents.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Registered/Enrolled Nurse, providing personalized support to suit each resident's needs, goals, and preferences.

This role involves delivering high-quality care in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards and organizational values, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to residents
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with their personal goals and preferences
Required Qualifications:
  • Certificate III Individual Support (Aged Care)
  • Satisfactory Police check or NDIS workers check within 3 years
