Lead Care Delivery

As the Lead Care Delivery professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care services, enhancing team performance, and ensuring resident satisfaction and comfort.

This hands-on position requires exceptional customer service and leadership skills to oversee the care experience of residents. You will lead and support the care team, fostering a positive, safe, and people-focused culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing improvement initiatives;
  • Providing visible leadership;
  • Shaping organizational culture and driving performance;
  • Managing day-to-day operations across care portfolios;
  • Overseeing financials;
  • Training and developing team members;
  • Liaising with residents and their representatives;
  • Strategically driving resident satisfaction through engagement and service programs.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent experience;

- 5+ years' experience in a senior hospitality or similar leadership position;
