Senior Resident Care Leader Position

This role involves overseeing and coordinating the delivery of high-quality resident care in a Residential Aged Care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent adherence to Aged Care quality Standards and CHL policies across all shifts.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement effective care plans that cater to individual resident needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment outcomes, and service delivery metrics.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss challenges, share best practices, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Engage in professional development activities to stay up-to-date on industry trends, legislative changes, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AN-ACC assessment processes and comprehensive clinical knowledge of age-related health issues.
  • Proven coaching/training skills and ability to influence others in a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong customer-centric approach to business, with a focus on delivering exceptional resident experiences.
  • Competent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
