**Job Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Assistant In Nursing to join our team in Sydney, where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties:**

  • Provide individualized care and support to residents;
  • Meet residents' needs and preferences while respecting their dignity, choice, and privacy;
  • Assist with daily activity programs and individualized plans;
  • Document residents' progress and care needs;
  • Communicate effectively with the care team.

**Essential Qualifications and Skills:**

  • Current Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification;
  • Up-to-date First Aid Certificate;
  • Passion and knowledge about aged care services and elderly people;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills;
  • Ability to communicate in basic English and one of Cantonese or Mandarin;
  • Basic computer literacy;
  • Current police check with clearance;
  • Right to work in aged care facilities.

**Desirable Qualifications and Skills:**

  • Experience using Lee Care software;
  • Ability to speak additional Chinese dialects or Asian languages such as Korean or Vietnamese.
