Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Specialist to play a vital role in driving successful adoption of upcoming technology and business transformations for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in stakeholder engagement, change readiness, training delivery, and communication.

The successful candidate will work closely with project teams and stakeholders across the organisation to drive positive change outcomes aligned with the client's core values.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real impact on the success of our clients. As a Change Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing fit-for-purpose change management strategies and plans to support successful adoption of technology and transformation initiatives.
  • Engaging with impacted stakeholders to build awareness, foster buy-in, and minimise resistance to change.
  • Defining and tracking success metrics such as change adoption rate, stakeholder engagement, and support response times.
  • Designing and delivering training collateral and conducting engaging end-user training sessions to support system transitions and process changes.
  • Providing hands-on support and issue resolution during and after go-live phases to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with existing systems and business processes.
  • Creating clear, engaging, and timely communication materials to support change campaigns.
  • Establishing and maintaining stakeholder communication cadences and reporting on progress, milestones, and benefits realisation.
  • Identifying, documenting, and implementing process improvements to enhance change management effectiveness.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in change management within IT, technology, or transformation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and training delivery experience.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and communication tools (e.g., Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Miro, video editing).
