Job Title: Transformational Finance Leader

About the Role

As a Transformational Finance Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving finance transformations across various sectors. You will work closely with CFOs and their teams to design and implement strategic initiatives that enhance financial performance.

You will be responsible for crafting and executing cutting-edge finance strategies, including Global Business Services. This will involve transitioning finance into a strategic business partner by laying the groundwork for an insight-led advisory function. You will also deploy cloud-based technologies to foster process excellence, enhancing finance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and Execute Finance Strategies: Develop and implement innovative finance strategies that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Design and Implement Transformational Initiatives: Work with CFOs and their teams to design and implement transformational initiatives that enhance financial performance.
  • Deploy Cloud-Based Technologies: Leverage cloud-based technologies to foster process excellence, enhancing finance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in executing transformation projects within the finance function, particularly in finance operating model design and finance process improvement.
  • Advisory Proficiency: Advisory proficiency in key finance technologies and automation tools.
  • Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical prowess and a knack for solving complex business challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
