Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team and support the digital channel in executing marketing activities to drive growth in conversion and revenue. The role will involve managing affiliate relationships, placements, and billing requirements, as well as building relationships with third-party platforms and optimizing gross margin.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience working on an ecommerce website, a tertiary qualification in Marketing/Communications or equivalent, and experience working with third-party platforms and partnerships. They will also have brief proficiency in essential digital marketing tools and platforms, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a positive and engaging communication style.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage affiliate relationships, placements, and billing requirements.
  2. Build relationships with third-party platforms and optimize gross margin.
  3. Support e-commerce tasks for recently acquired businesses as required.
  4. Create paid social media ads and monitor performance.
  5. Assist with monitoring and moderation of social media platforms and community engagement.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience working on an ecommerce website.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
  • Experience working with third-party platforms and partnerships.
  • Brief proficiency in essential digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive and engaging communication style.
  • Ability to build strong relations and multi-task.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
