We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Activation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class activation across digital channels, working closely with a talented group of professionals to assist with campaign setup across key digital platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and adjust campaigns to ensure pacing aligns with goals and objectives">

  • Analyse performance data to inform campaign strategies">

  • ">
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to discuss updates and issues">

  • ">
  • Set up new campaigns across various platforms, ensuring all targeting, creative, and budget settings are optimized">

  • Optimize campaigns to ensure they meet KPIs and run efficiently">

  • ">
  • Regularly monitor live campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maintain proper pacing and alignment">

  • ">
  • Compile and prepare performance reports for clients, providing insights and recommendations based on campaign data">

  • Identify and resolve any issues with campaigns">

  • ">
  • Run A/B tests and adjust creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting options">

  • Gather assets and plan for upcoming campaigns to ensure readiness for launch">

  • Analyse day-to-day campaign results and report insights or action points to relevant teams">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an activation or implementation role, working on digital channels across various platforms">

  • ">
  • Good experience working with Meta, Google Ads, and/or DV360">
">
  • ">
  • A strong desire to activate and optimize campaigns across digital platforms">

  • ">
  • Understanding of media KPIs, measurement, and reporting">
">
  • ">
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint">

  • ">
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital buying fundamentals and relevant digital tools">
