About the Opportunity

Bolton Clarke is seeking a highly skilled Safety Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing our safety management system and well-being initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to design and update safety management systems.
  • Analyse safety data to identify and manage risks related to incidents, injuries, and well-being.
  • Provide technical support for safety operations and ensure compliance with legislation and standards.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and review of health and safety systems and policies.
  • Conduct site visits to engage with stakeholders and ensure the effectiveness of safety systems.
  • Develop and deliver safety training programs to upskill staff in risk assessment and hazard management.
  • Support the implementation of projects focused on enhancing safety culture and holistic well-being.
  • Advise and support health and safety committees and representatives.
