Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a Transformation Specialist to deliver end-to-end change management activities to support our finance and compliance system implementation projects across our organisation.

• Develop a change approach that supports achieving project outcomes.
• Manage the change aspect of projects and guide the integration of change management plans, deliverables and activities into the overall project approach.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and communications approaches and plans to support introducing and embedding the system and process changes.
• Create and support delivery of communications for the relevant stakeholder groups.
• Identify and assess change impacts and potential resistance to change before developing and implementing best practice solutions.
• Develop approach and support delivery of training activities.
• Support multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders through the change process.

• Strong experience with completing end-to-end change management activities.
• Significant experience with using Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Experience in aged care industry desirable.
• Strong experience with delivering change management activities for system implementation projects in a medium to large organisation.
