Key Responsibilities
">- Lead the construction of a major residential site with over 1000 homes to be built over the next 4-6 years.
- Manage contractors, labourers and plant operators.
- Schedule and coordinate via construction management software.
As a Senior Site Manager, you will oversee the entire project from site set-up through to handover. Your goal is to ensure each contractor is ready, scheduled, and productive. If you're managing the flow right, your trades should move seamlessly from one house to the next.
Requirements- Trade qualification - preferably in carpentry or a related field.
- QBCC Supervisor Licence - essential for this role.
- Proven background in production/volume residential construction.
- Confident use of construction management software.
- Strong understanding of OH&S requirements.
- Excellent people leadership, planning and communication skills.
- Ability to make quick decisions and problem-solve on the go.
- A valid driver's licence.
