Site Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple commercial repaint projects in the Townsville region.

This is a dynamic leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a commitment to safety standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple concurrent commercial repaint projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with WHS standards
  • Plan and allocate resources including labour, subcontractors, and materials
  • Monitor project progress and control costs to meet deadlines and budgets
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Supervise and mentor on-site teams, promoting safety and quality
Requirements:
  • Trade qualification as a painter with experience in commercial projects
  • Proven ability to manage small teams of employees and subcontractors across multiple sites
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting and cost estimation
  • Proficiency in electronic documentation and reporting
  • Commitment to safety standards and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development
