Are you a motivated and experienced professional looking to take on a leadership role in construction? Our organisation is currently seeking a Site Supervisor to drive the delivery of a major construction project.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and general construction activities. They will also develop and manage short-term programs, monitor project costs, and oversee project quality assurance and environmental health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and general construction activities
  • Develop and manage short-term programs to achieve project objectives
  • Monitor project costs and ensure they are within budget
  • Oversee project quality assurance and environmental health and safety requirements
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a supervisor or site manager role working on large projects
  • Over 5 years' experience managing large-scale building projects, services, and civil works
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
  • An ability to coordinate and organise teams and work effectively
