Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of Rural, Agri, SME and Commercial clients
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth
- Provide exceptional client service while building close working relationships
- Negotiate with underwriting partners to achieve the best outcome for clients
- Maintain an active sales pipeline
- Manage compliance obligations and stakeholder relationships
- High performer who can demonstrate portfolio growth
- Enjoy working as part of a team but also autonomously
- Sales orientated with ability to build sales pipeline
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Sound general insurance technical ability and problem solving
- Tier 1 broking qualification mandatory
