Insurance Portfolio Manager Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing an established portfolio and driving growth through new business development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of portfolio growth, excellent client service skills, and the ability to build close working relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of insurance clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure exceptional service and retention
  • Negotiate with underwriting partners to secure favorable terms and outcomes for clients
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor portfolio performance and identify areas for improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Highly experienced insurance professional with a strong track record of portfolio growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Tier 1 broking qualification is mandatory
