The Job

As a Store Manager, you will work closely with your Assistant Manager to drive sales in a high-performing store.

You will collaborate with your Area Manager/Mentor to identify business needs, consumer trends, and team development opportunities.

A Typical Week

  1. Drive sales and achieve revenue targets;
  2. Cultivate a positive store environment;
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies;
  4. Maintain store appearance and organization;
  5. Ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to drive sales growth;
