About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Parramatta, NSW. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will assess, plan, and participate in workplace rehabilitative programs to help clients achieve positive return to work outcomes.

You will work with a range of clients, including those with NSW Worker's Compensation, Life Insurance, Comcare, and CTP scheme cases. Your strong communication skills will enable you to liaise with stakeholders, including insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employees.

This is a full-time position, with part-time options available. You will have access to excellent team culture, mobile and laptop equipment, and flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and plan workplace rehabilitative programs
  • Liaise with stakeholders to achieve positive return to work outcomes
  • Work with a range of clients, including NSW Worker's Compensation, Life Insurance, Comcare, and CTP scheme cases

Requirements:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Previous industry experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is desired but not essential
  • Experience within employment services is highly regarded
