About the Role

Gorilla Jobs is seeking a skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join their team. As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing customized rehabilitation programs that help clients return to the workforce and achieve their personal and professional goals.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and professional registration with the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC) or equivalent. Excellent time management skills, punctuality, and a valid driver's license are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct vocational assessments and worksite evaluations to identify client needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement customized rehabilitation programs to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Provide one-on-one support sessions to clients to ensure their progress and address any challenges.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
