About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Sydney as a Rehabilitation Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality customer service and innovative health and work solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and plan workplace rehabilitative programs to help clients achieve positive return to work outcomes
  • Conduct assessments, including early intervention assessments, home assessments, worksite assessments, job task analyses, and ergonomic assessments
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employees
  • Develop and implement case management services to support clients
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional results

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Previous industry experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management is desirable
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Australian driver's licence
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia
