About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Finance Professional to join our team as Head of Supply Chain Finance. This role will be part of the Supply Chain Leadership Team and report directly to our ANZ CFO.
The successful candidate will provide support and guidance to the business through ongoing Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) visibility, analysis, and decision-making support. They will also deliver key inputs to our financial submissions, forecasting, and corporate strategic plans.
This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a skilled finance professional with experience in manufacturing logistics finance to lead a small team and partner closely with stakeholders across the organization.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide COGS inputs to annual corporate strategy, budgets, and monthly forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Ensure the Supply Chain team receives visibility and interpretation of their decisions' impact on business profitability while allocating and approving budgets.
- Deliver key COGS inputs to Commercial and R&D organizations to enable informed decision-making.
- Support Supply Chain auditing activities to ensure all requests are met and recommendations addressed.
- Build a strong, technically competent, and engaged team through hiring, coaching, and developing individual team members.
- Establish constructive working relationships across functions and within finance locally to understand business needs and drivers.
Your Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience managing manufacturing/logistics finance.
- CA/CPA qualification.
- Strong technical skills in costing, CAPEX, and factory expenses.
- Experience working in FMCG with knowledge of warehousing and logistics.
- Excellent business partnering and communication skills.
- Previous experience leading a small team.
What We Offer
As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.
