The role of Supply Chain Finance Leader is crucial in supporting our Supply Chain function across ANZ. As a key member of the Supply Chain Leadership Team, you'll provide guidance and expertise to the business through ongoing COGS visibility, analysis, and decision support. This role also forms part of the Finance Leadership Team and reports directly to our ANZ CFO.

Familiarize yourself with the fast-paced FMCG industry and take on the challenge of being at the core.

A Taste Of What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide essential Supply Chain inputs to our annual corporate strategy, budgets, and monthly forecasts to enable informed business decisions.
  • Evaluate and ensure that the Supply Chain team (Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Logistics) receives accurate and actionable insights into their decisions' impact on our business profitability, while allocating and approving budgets across the Supply Chain Scorecard (Food Quality, People Safety, Growth, Service, Natural Resource Consumption, Efficiency & Profitability).
  • Promote transparency by providing critical COGS inputs to the Commercial, R&D organization, empowering them to make data-driven decisions and understand cost drivers in our supply chain.
  • Strengthen the organization by actively participating in Supply Chain auditing activities, ensuring all requests are met and recommendations are addressed.
  • Bolster a high-performing team by hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing individual team members to excel and grow with the company.
  • Develop constructive working relationships across functions and within the finance function locally to grasp business needs and drivers, improving partnerships through timely delivery of sound financial information.
  • Contribute to local finance leadership by delivering departmental objectives promptly and actively supporting the Finance Leadership Team.

Your Recipe For Success:

To succeed in this role, you'll need experience managing manufacturing logistics finance, partnering with stakeholders, and leading small teams. Your background should include:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years in manufacturing/logistics finance management.
  • CA/CPA qualifications.
  • Strong technical skills in costing, CAPEX, and factory expenses.
  • Experience working in the FMCG industry, familiar with warehousing and logistics.
  • Excellent business partnering and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in leading small teams.
