Residential Asset Manager

This role focuses on managing residential assets and promoting strong internal and external teamwork. The successful candidate will collaborate with investment teams to understand each asset's position in its market, influencing factors, and leasing perspectives.
The incumbent will oversee asset management to strategically position the BTR/Residential portfolio and add value. They will also prepare annual budgets and report on performance against targets.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with development teams and consultants to deliver projects and operational plans, executing the 'BTR Brand' Strategy with marketing teams and outsourced providers, and ensuring outsourced providers adhere to 'BTR Brand' Guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Superior tertiary qualifications in property, finance, business, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 7+ years' experience in the property sector in an asset management or investment role within residential/BTR asset class.
- Experience in ongoing property asset management.
- Sound knowledge of Australian property markets.
- Strong knowledge of valuation principles and practices applicable to residential/BTR property sectors.
This role offers opportunities for collaboration and partnership-building, as well as professional growth and development. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence others. A strong analytical mindset and sound financial modeling skills are also essential.
