We strive to empower students to reach their full potential by fostering a positive culture for learning and promoting creativity, integrity, diligence, and respect.

This role involves assisting in developing tailored learning materials, providing cross-cultural awareness training, and working closely with teachers to enhance learning outcomes for Indigenous students. Responsibilities also include supporting cultural events, excursions, and activities that celebrate diversity, as well as assisting with literacy and numeracy programs.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Developing culturally sensitive learning materials to meet the needs of Indigenous students
  • Cross-cultural awareness training for staff and students
  • Collaborating with teachers to improve learning outcomes
  • Supporting cultural events and excursions
  • Literacy and numeracy programs to promote student success

Mandatory Requirements:

Verification of Aboriginality and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage may be requested during the application process.

For administrative purposes, an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person is defined as someone who identifies as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person and is either:
of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent;
