Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Indigenous student support specialist to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, helping them to achieve academic success and navigate university life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone and face-to-face assistance to prospective and current students, staff, and the public
  • Assist with reception and administrative duties
  • Organise student orientations and events
  • Work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes

Requirements:

  • Education, training, and/or relevant experience equivalent to an associate diploma qualification
  • Proven success in providing high-quality front-line customer services
  • Demonstrated digital literacy and ability to use corporate systems
  • Ability to connect, collaborate, and communicate with staff, students, and stakeholders
