Assistant Director

The role of Assistant Director is a leadership position requiring experience in early learning and the ability to collaborate with senior staff to drive centre operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care.
  • Mentoring and developing capabilities within the centre team.
  • Managing the centre in the absence of the Centre Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
