Job Title: Associate - Motor & Property Recoveries

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Associate or Senior Associate to join our Motor & Property Recoveries team. This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer with 3+ years' PAE experience to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take instructions from Partners and provide initial advice to clients;
  • Draft pleadings, liaise with clients, insurers, and other lawyers, negotiate outcomes, and attend to all stages of the litigation process;
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver top-quality legal advice and representation to our clients;

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience working in a law firm, preferably with experience in motor vehicle and property recovery claims;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
