The role of a Senior Associate in Motor & Property Recoveries involves taking instructions, providing initial advice, drafting pleadings, liaising with clients, insurers, and other lawyers to negotiate outcomes. The successful candidate will have 3+ years' experience working in a law firm, preferably with experience in motor vehicle and property recovery claims.

About the Role
  • Taking instructions from clients and providing initial advice on recovering motor and property assets.
  • Drafting pleadings and attending to all stages of the litigation process for motor and property claims.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of motor vehicle and property recovery laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
