We are seeking an accomplished and driven Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who shares our passion for delivering exceptional gastronomic experiences.
This role involves working closely with the Sous Chef to oversee all aspects of kitchen management, including food preparation, presentation, and service quality. Ensuring strict hygiene and safety procedures will be paramount in maintaining a healthy and efficient work environment.
The successful candidate will be passionate about local produce and committed to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is trade qualified and able to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
About You- Have a strong background in culinary arts, with a focus on modern cuisine and a passion for using seasonal ingredients.
- Be a skilled team player with excellent leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse group of staff.
- Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to supervise all operational aspects of the kitchen and related venues.
- Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of local produce and cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
