Senior Kitchen Manager

The Breakfast Sous Chef will lead the daily breakfast service and ensure smooth kitchen operations. This role reports to the Executive Chef and is responsible for supporting in menu planning, ordering, and stock control.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead daily breakfast service and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Support Executive Chef in menu planning, ordering, and stock control
- Supervise, train, and motivate breakfast kitchen team members
- Maintain quality standards in all aspects of kitchen operations
- Assist with rostering, scheduling, and managing kitchen costs effectively
- Prior experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume or premium setting is essential
- Strong leadership and organisational skills are required to thrive in this fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards is crucial
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is necessary to ensure a safe working environment
