Senior Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee our kitchen operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Hire, train and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Maintain labour costs within budget while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement operational policies and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with stock purchasing and levels to optimize inventory management.
- Maintain exceptional presentation and cleanliness of the store.
- Roster and timekeeping for all kitchen staff.
- Report directly to the Area Manager and Head Office.
**Requirements:**
- Available to work a combination of days, nights and weekends.
- Experience in standard kitchen operations.
- Leadership skills to maintain exceptional service and positive customer experience.
- Skill at problem solving and being solution centric.
- Able to work well in a team environment.
- Trustworthy with glowing references.
- A great communicator with charisma and interpersonal skills.
- Will to learn and excel.
- Passion for hospitality, food and customer service.
