Senior Kitchen Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our culinary team as a Senior Kitchen Leader. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of dishes in an assigned kitchen section.
Your role will involve working closely with senior chefs to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement efficient kitchen workflows to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with senior chefs to plan menus, manage inventory, and optimize kitchen resources.
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of kitchen operations, including inventory levels and supply chain management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.
- Minimum 2 years of post-apprenticeship experience in a 5-star environment.
- Proven track record of leadership and management within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
