Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment.
About the Role:
- Assist with day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring seamless execution of menu items and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation.
- Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of senior management, implementing necessary changes or adjustments to food preparation.
- Liaise with management for the smooth running of the restaurant, ensuring best practices for serving customers.
- Organize and manage inventory of all kitchen supplies, utilizing only the finest produce and other necessary culinary items.
- Supervise, train, and coordinate other kitchen staff as needed.
Key Qualifications:
- Possess a Certificate 4 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
- Have at least 2 years' experience in a high-quality, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and dedication to producing quality cuisine to a consistent high standard.
