Job Title: InWork Support Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused InWork Support Coach to join our team in Armadale, WA. As an InWork Support Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients once they have secured employment, ensuring their long-term sustainable employment and providing exceptional service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all placed clients are supported and contacted regularly;
  • Identify areas where alternative or additional training is required and facilitate this support where appropriate;
  • Track all placements and maintain up-to-date records;
  • Provide on-the-job support to participants and employers to ensure sustainable and ongoing employment;
  • Liaise with employers, clients, and other team members to assist clients to maintain their employment;
  • Assist with management of claims;
  • Escalate risks or concerns through appropriate channels;
  • Ensure exceptional service is provided to our clients, employers, and stakeholders at every stage of the process.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years' experience in customer service or a client-facing role with a solid work history;
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • An overall desire to be part of our broader atWork Australia family, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive;
  • Hold a current Driver's Licence.
