About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Employment Coach. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting our customers to set and achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver coaching and guidance to improve employability skills, confidence, and career planning
- Prepare quality resumes, cover letters, and support the job application process
- Finding suitable employment opportunities for customers and advocating on their behalf
- Referring customers to internal and external support for housing, mental health, and financial counselling
- Providing additional mentoring and support during the first six months of employment
About You
You will be a great fit for the team if you have a passion for helping others and are self-motivated, inclusive, and open-minded. You will also be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working independently and as part of a team, and achieving individual targets and working to clearly defined KPIs.
