About the Role
As Executive Director of Aged Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of high-quality care for older people. Our goal is to ensure safe and person-centred services that cater to the unique needs of our clients.
About Us
We are a regional health provider offering comprehensive services, including acute inpatient care, residential aged care, and primary and community health. We strive to deliver excellent patient outcomes through evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of aged care services that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, families, and staff.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in healthcare management, preferably in aged care.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
