Accessibility Manager

The Accessibility Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring inclusive and student-centered services through strong relationships with faculties, academic staff, and other professionals.
This includes developing and implementing personalized learning supports and reasonable adjustments for students with disabilities or health conditions.
The Manager leads the operational delivery of Student Accessibility Services, adopting a staff-student partnership approach to develop students' agency to succeed in their studies.
They ensure that compliant services are delivered through close collaboration with faculties and academic staff.
We seek an individual with excellent people management skills, experience supporting teams through change, and enthusiasm for improving services through process perspectives.
