Customer Support Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional support and technical expertise to valued customers across the Bowen Basin and coastal regions.

About the Opportunity

This is a pivotal role in managing an existing network of customers, sourcing new opportunities, and promoting parts and service sales solutions to drive business growth. The ability to build long-term relationships, communicate effectively, and provide timely resolutions to customer inquiries will be essential in achieving company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide holistic OEM customer and technical support
  • Manage customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Promote parts and service sales solutions to achieve targets
  • Develop and deliver tailored quotes to meet customer needs
  • Report on activity, prospects, and sales opportunities
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline
  • Technical understanding of earth moving and construction equipment
  • Demonstrated success in a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent administration, communication, and interpersonal skills
