Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to customers, providing them with a positive and engaging experience.
  • Sort recyclable items into their correct categories, adhering to strict quality control measures.
  • Transport items to storage areas via forklift or manual handling, prioritizing efficiency and safety.
  • Welcome and assist customers, encouraging repeat visits through personalized interactions.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety procedures, reporting any hazards or risks.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase customer satisfaction, implementing changes as necessary.
  • Ensure staff have the necessary skills and training to work safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is required.
  • A strong attitude with customer service at the forefront of all interactions is crucial.
