Job Title: Personal Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Worker to join our team at Aveo, a leading provider of retirement living services. As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, working overnight shifts, with a focus on providing safe and effective daily personal care to our residents. You will work as part of a team to ensure all residents receive kind, caring, and respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily personal care to residents, including assistance with medical and personal support, domestic cleaning, and general admin duties.
  • Support residents with recreational and social activities, promoting their engagement and participation.
  • Follow all Aveo OH&S policies and procedures, reporting any safety, security, and resident incidents.
  • Be passionate, trustworthy, reliable, and enjoy connecting with residents, colleagues, and the wider community.
Requirements
  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Health Services Assistance.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
  • Current Police Check clearance.
  • Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date.
