We're not just building a brand; we're crafting a legacy. Now, we're looking for a Content Creator & Social Specialist to help us tell our story, grow our community, and create content that sparks emotion.


Your Role

As our Content Creator & Social Specialist, you'll be the creative heartbeat of our online presence. You'll create, curate, and share premium, social-first content while engaging with our audience to deepen their connection with the brand.


What You'll Do
Content Creation
  • Plan, produce, and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and imagery that reflects our luxury brand aesthetic.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments, founder stories, product highlights, flat-lays, styling videos, and trend-led edits.
  • Write scripts, storyboards, and captions that are engaging, clear, and on-brand.
  • Be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, directing talent and capturing authentic moments.
  • Coordinate photoshoots with the Head of Creative and E-commerce Manager, managing logistics and creating live social coverage.
Social Media Management
  • Plan, schedule, and post across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels — maintaining a consistent two-week content buffer.
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions, responding promptly and in our brand voice.
  • Use trend insights, analytics, and creative testing to drive engagement and follower growth.
Influencer & PR Coordination
  • Research and build relationships with influencers, UGC creators, and media contacts aligned with our brand values.
  • Manage gifting programs, partnerships, and collaborations, including rate negotiations and timelines.
  • Pitch brand stories to editorial publications and industry platforms.
Trend Tracking & Innovation
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, sounds, and formats — pitching fresh content ideas regularly.
  • Experiment with AI and new creative tools to enhance content production.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong portfolio of short-form video content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • 3+ years in content creation, social media, or a similar role.
  • Skilled in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premier, and other mobile-first editing tools.
  • Confident on camera and able to direct others with ease.
  • Exceptional eye for luxury branding, composition, and storytelling.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
  • Passion for beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brands, and deep knowledge of social media culture.
