About the Role

We're on the hunt for a creative, social-media-savvy Content Creator to join our team in Marrickville.

As part of our Marketing team, you'll be responsible for bringing our brand to life through engaging, informative, and on-brand content across social media and digital platforms. From concept to execution, you'll be crafting content that connects, converts, and keeps audiences coming back for more. If you're a natural storyteller with a passion for beauty, branding, and digital content, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a full-time, on-site role in our sleek, contemporary Marrickville showroom.

What you'll do

• Work closely with our Marketing team across our three brands to produce engaging, brand-consistent content tailored to multiple platforms
• Research industry trends and competitors to ensure content is relevant and valuable to our target audience
• Photo editing and use of in-app platforms & design apps, as well as planning, filming and editing videos
• Create, manage & drive our content calendar to ensure a consistent, timely brand presence
• Foster a strong community presence on various platforms by responding to comments and messages
• Integrate SEO best practices with our Digital Marketing Assistant, including keyword research and optimisation in content
• Maintain an organised content library, ensuring easy access and retrieval of assets for the marketing team

About you

• Ability to craft content ranging from short form TikTok and Reels to insightful interviews and educational pieces that encapsulate our brand vision
• Great communication skills, self motivated, and a team player
• Organisation skills, and ability to problem solve
• Experience in creating, producing and scheduling social media content
• Experience using video editing apps - Inshot, Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc
• Able to stay ahead of trending content
• Able to manage a multi-faceted and fast-paced role
• Able to work autonomously & learn the business to be the expert in the content field
