Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized, holistic care through comprehensive care planning that addresses the physical, emotional, and social aspects of each person's journey.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide culturally responsive care to Aboriginal people and communities affected by drug and alcohol misuse.
- Support client engagement, care coordination, and harm reduction treatment across acute and primary care settings.
Requirements:
- Registered nurse with eligibility to practice in NSW.
- Ability to work flexibly across the South West Sydney Region.
- Experience in alcohol and other drugs care and cultural safety is highly desirable.
