We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Global Mobility Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving the delivery of mobility services, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic value.

This is a hybrid position based in Melbourne, with the potential for flexible work arrangements. Our roles can be adjusted to accommodate reduced hours, so please discuss your needs with us.

You will work closely with clients to provide holistic advice on assignment policy principles, enhance global mobility programs, and deliver high-quality service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Engagement & Advisory: Build and nurture client relationships while providing expert guidance on global mobility programs.
  • Program Leadership & Delivery: Lead teams to manage and improve the delivery of mobility services, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic value.
  • Risk & Project Management: Oversee mobility advisory projects and proactively identify and manage business risks across social security, employment taxes, payroll, immigration, and tax compliance.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Mobility Program Leadership: Bring extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organizations or professional services.
  • Client & Communication Excellence: Demonstrate strong client relationship management and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combine strategic insight and commercial awareness with a flexible and enthusiastic approach to work.
