Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping professional to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne. As one of our valued colleagues, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.

You will be an expert on the luxury hotel and surrounding area, knowing it inside out to provide personalized recommendations and exceed guest expectations. Evening shifts availability are required. You must be able to work independently and in a team environment, build relationships with existing and new guests, and demonstrate legendary service and attention.

  • Handle guest room experiences and maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Maintain equipment and stay up-to-date with best practices
  • Be knowledgeable about the hotel and surrounding area to make informed recommendations
  • Support the Housekeeping team with general operational tasks
